Meet Jennifer, a Vancouver-based investor, real estate agent and former appraiser with over 9 years of experience in the real estate industry. She completed her Diploma in Urban Land Economics at the University of British Columbia in 2024 and continues to stay active in the local real estate market.

After working as an appraiser back in 2016/2017, Jennifer decided to expand her horizons and became a licensed real estate agent. Using her deep knowledge of the industry she's able to provide a unique perspective on the market. She understands the challenges and rewards of real estate investing firsthand, and is therefore able to help other investors make informed decisions about their own investments. 

Seeing that there was a lack of women-friendly real estate coaching environments in the lower mainland, and given only 21% of investors in Canada are women, Jennifer decided to create courses, books and workshops geared towards teaching women how to succeed at the game of real estate. With her passion to build women up and help them create future wealth and security for themselves in a safe, supportive community, the Real Estate Investor Gals was born!
